Sec. 17 and twenty five of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, encircle the rights relating to custody of minors by their mom and dad which rights are usually termed as “Hizanat” and “Willayat”. The phrase “Hizanat” or “Hidanat” (as pronounced through the Asians and the Arabs respectively) is employed for custody of minors by mother
